Refund Policy for Mail Mediaz Coaching Program

Thank you for choosing Mail Mediaz for your coaching needs. We strive to provide the best possible experience for our clients. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent. Please read the following terms carefully.
1. Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are available under the following circumstances:-
Initial Coaching Session: If you are not satisfied after the first coaching session, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of the session.-
Program Cancellation by Mail Mediaz: If Mail Mediaz cancels the coaching program for any reason, you will be eligible for a full refund of the remaining sessions.
2. Non-Refundable Situations- After the Second Session: Refund requests made after the second session of the coaching program will not be entertained.-
Failure to Implement: No refund will be given if you have failed to implement 100% of what we have taught in the coaching program. This includes all strategies, techniques, and processes recommended during the coaching sessions.-
System and Process Check: If, after a period of 6 months of implementing our teachings, you do not achieve the expected results, you may request a refund. We will conduct a thorough review of your systems and processes to ensure that everything was implemented correctly. If we find that all recommendations were followed and no results were achieved, we will proceed with the refund.-
Partial Attendance: No refunds will be given for partial attendance of the program or if you miss any sessions.-
Customized Programs: Programs tailored specifically for an individual or group are non-refundable.
3. Booking a Call and Application Fee: To book a call with us, you need to pay a refundable application fee of Rs. 999. This fee acts as a security deposit to filter out serious applicants. Here are the steps and terms:
Steps to Book a Call:
a. Pay Rs. 999: Make the payment through our website.
b. Redirect to Calendar: After payment, you will be redirected to my calendar to book a call slot.
c. Book a Slot: Select a suitable slot and provide all necessary information.
d. Application Review: Your application will be reviewed within 24 hours.-
Accepted: If accepted, attend the scheduled call to get a refund of Rs. 999.-
Rejected: If rejected, you will receive an immediate refund.
Terms and Conditions:-
Show Up for the Call: You will receive a refund if you attend the scheduled call.-
No Show: No refund will be given if you fail to show up for the call. You may reschedule the call up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.-
Application Form: After paying the application fee, you have 48 hours to submit your application form, or you may lose your deposit.
4. Webinars and Workshops:
Refunds for paid webinars and workshops are available under the following conditions:
Cancellation: You may cancel your booking and request a refund up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the webinar or workshop.
No Refunds for Late Cancellations: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of the webinar or workshop.
No Refunds for Digital Products: No refunds will be provided for any one-time offers or bump offers such as one-on-one consultations, templates, or other digital products that can be accessed or downloaded before the webinar or workshop.
5. Courses:
Refunds for courses purchased from Mail Mediaz are available under the following conditions:
Refund Period: You may request a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date.
Course Consumption: No refunds will be issued if you have consumed more than 50% of the course content.
6. How to Request a Refund:
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
a. Email Us: Send an email to support@sagargosavi.com with your name, program details, and reason for the refund request.
b. Review Process: Our team will review your request within 5 business days and notify you of the outcome. If your request is based on lack of results, we will schedule a review of your systems and processes.
c. Refund Processing: If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days through the original payment method.
